"LITTLE STEVEN" VAN ZANDT TO GUEST ON TWO SIRIUS XM RADIO CHANNELS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN AND E STREET BAND CONCERT IN NASHVILLE WHAT: "The Loon in the Afternoon" Mojo Nixon, who hosts a daily music show on Outlaw Country, as well as weekly talk shows on NASCAR Radio and Raw Dog Comedy, will broadcast live from SIRIUS XM's Nashville studios prior to the Bruce Springsteen and E Street Band concert at the Sommet Center in Nashville, TN. Mojo will be joined in-studio for an hour-long simulcast, on both the Outlaw Country and E Street Radio channels from 7:00 - 8:00 pm, by Outlaw Country creator and E Street Band member "Little Steven" Van Zandt immediately before he takes the stage. WHERE: Outlaw Country, SIRIUS channel 63 and XM channel 12, and E Street Radio, SIRIUS channel 10 and XM channel 58. BUFFALO SHOW TO FEATURE GREETINGS FROM ASBURY PARK, N.J. Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will perform the album Greetings From Asbury Park, N.J. during their concert in Buffalo, NY, on November 22, the final date of their 2009 'Working on a Dream' tour. Released in January, 1973, 'Greetings' marked Springsteen's debut as a recording artist; it is the first time this album will be performed in its entirety. Bruce and the band have performed the albums 'The Wild, The Innocent and the E Street Shuffle', 'Born to Run', 'Darkness on the Edge of Town', 'The River' and 'Born in the USA' during their fall tour. -

NYC NIGHT TWO: The River Another magnificent night at the Garden with The River, the first-time (and if Bruce's prediction ("too long!") proves true, only) complete performance of the 1980 double album that Bruce honored as "the gateway to my future writing" on albums like NebraskaTunnel of Love." Some of 's songs, of course, are mainstays of the E Street Band's touring repertoire, like "Hungry Heart", "Out In The Street", "The Ties That Bind," and the title song. And some are brought out a tantalizingly few times a tour, usually in some far-flung outpost lucky enough to hear a rare "Drive All Night" or "I Wanna Marry You". So for River aficionados to hear the entire album, and so thoughtfully and energeticaly performed, it was a night to remember. The last part of the show featured some very strong performances, including one of the best "Atlantic City"s in memory, a rousing "Sweet Soul Music," not played by E Street since 1988, and a loose but moving "Can't Help Falling In Love," culminating in a great, almost endless "Higher and Higher" to lift the crowd from their seats and out in the street. More detailed, less breathless reportage will follow, but we wanted to report tonight that Elvis Costello guested on the evening's last song, "(Your Love Keeps Lifting Me) Higher and Higher", Jackie Wilson's 1967 classic.
