I need a PIN number to request an item (or use licensed databases from off-campus, or renew my books). Where do I get one? My eID password doesn't work.
Your Libraries PIN number is different from your eID password. The first time you're asked for a Libraries PIN, you can create one. Use 5-30 letters and/or numbers for your PIN (NO special characters allowed).
it may mean that you already have a Libraries PIN, but typed the wrong one. Use the "Forgot Your PIN???" button to have an e-mail sent to the email address on file with your patron account.
For CSU students, faculty and staff, this will be your eID email address. Don't know your eID email address? Find out here.
