Over 120 APS Fellows from the Washington, DC area met at the American Center for Physics in College Park, Maryland, this month. The reception program highlighted APS Public Information program's outreach activities. Spectra, the heroine of the latest APS PhysicsQuest comic, Spectra: The Original Laser Superhero, made a surprise visit during the reception.
