NEWS 3 August 2010: This site is no longer being updated. It will shortly become http://archive.caul.edu.au/ and www.caul.edu.au will point to CAUL's new website. This archive will be kept visible into the foreseeable future.
NEWS 14 May 2010: The launch of the new website has been delayed - a significant problem has occurred with the database. The launch will now most likely occur later in June.
NEWS 5 May 2010: After a very long gestation, and the migration of 1,700 pages and links made to more than 6,000 documents, the new CAUL website is nearly ready. We hope to make the changeover this coming weekend, so we will not be updating the current website this week. After the changeover:
Your old links should be automatically redirected to the new site, but if not, please use the navigation options or the search function from the top of each page. If you are still unable to find what you were looking for, please contact us immediately at caul@caul.edu.au and tell us the URL of the page you were looking for.The old web site will remain accessible as http://archive.caul.edu.au/ though will be static -- it will not be updated. Not all pages have been migrated, but will continue to be available here. The remainder will be migrated as and when they need to be used or updated.
A major difference is that members-only pages will now require a personalised login. These pages are relatively few, generally commercial-in-confidence documents from our suppliers or internal CAUL financial documents. All other pages are publicly accessible, and registration/login is not required. Registration is not available to non-members ie those outside CAUL, CONZUL and CEIRC participants' institutions.
What's new!
This month we have added:
See also the Media Releases, Conference Register, Survey Register and Highlights from the Press , all of which are regularly updated. Please note: all entries* on this page are duplicated elsewhere on this site, on the relevant page.5 March, 2010
