Rubbish. Good hot week, no outdoor seating whatsoever, no decking, just two lots of swaying steps to enter a very clean static with only one downlighter out of three working in the lounge and with broken cupboard handle, broken toilet seat hinges, missing bathroom window handle......... For what we paid for 4 weekdays nights we could have stayed at a 2 bed roomed cottage nearby for less money for one week with a dishwasher and washing machine and outdoor seating! (and overlooking the bay). Over priced for what it was, disappointed that Hoseasons do not ask for feedback, once one has returned home, it was really poor value for money, far too expensive for what we were given. In the area where the statics are located it looks like a demolition site with lots of empty spaces where statics once stood.

hotel was very good, spotlessly clean and the food was also very good.a nice choice especially breakfast time.
the staff were excellent and it was a well run hotel.
negatives.. tables much to close and are allocated for your entire stay. not enough room around the pool area
and the guests start a stampede for sun beds as soon as able only to leave unattended with towels on all morning.
this practice should be stopped by either the hotel management or your operator. but is not (repeat guest cliental)
the entertainment was average and cliental mainly older.
not a lot to do in this area which is in fact es forti .a good 20 mins walk into cala dor center.
would I stay again probably not ,but I would stay in cala dor of which this hotel in my opinion is not situated.

First time to wooler. We took our touring caravan and my brother hired a static caravan. Touring pitch was of good standard but could of been larger as could not get car next to caravan, but not a problem just left it in carpark. Tv reception is very poor but did manage to watch what we wanted. Site is very clean and well looked after. Toilet block was always clean when we went in but could do with more toilets as three is not really enough for amount of people using them but then again we did not find this a problem. Shop has all the basics and is not really over priced staff very freindly. Club house is over the road but not a problem. Did not stay for entertainment but did have two meals in the bar which was good value and tasty. Never went swimming but pool looked very nice just a little on the small side but looked inviting.
We did not hear any loud noices as night time even tho the site was full of tents.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would book again and would recommend to others
It sounds to me some people will moan about anything and everything
