Football/doping: The CAS confirms the suspension of Oleksandr Rybka
The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has issued its decision in the arbitration between the Ukrainian goalkeeper Oleksandr Rybka and UEFA.
Oleksandr Rybkas appeal has been dismissed and the decision of the UEFA Appeals Body of 16 March 2012 is confirmed. Consequently, the decision taken by the UEFA Control and Disciplinary Body of 27 January 2012 to suspend the player for a period of two years for an anti-doping rule infraction is confirmed.
