PROGRAM MANAGER Aristocrat Technologies Aristocrat is an Australian-owned, global technology company with headquarters in Sydney. This contract role will be critical to the successful delivery of the program. Through coaching of the leadership team and the implementation of strategic project management disciplines, you will drive successful outcomes while monitoring and reporting on the progress being made. Important to this role will be strong business and project management skills, preferably gained within a global environment undergoing organisational change. A solid understanding of financial data will also be key. Equally important will be an ability to influence important decisions with conviction and confidence. Experience with Windows XP, 2000, NT, and 98 OS support, maintenance, and troubleshooting (including Japanese OS). Experience with network troubleshooting: TCP/IP basic troubleshooting. Basic experience with server support issues. MCP certification preferred. Strong communication and self-presentation skills. Business level Japanese and some English required.
