Staff Engineer (Tokyo) Minimum 2 years professional experience required. Experience with Compaq, Dell, or HP desktop, workstations and laptops. Experience with Windows XP, 2000, NT, and 98 OS support, maintenance, and troubleshooting (including Japanese OS). Experience with network troubleshooting: TCP/IP basic troubleshooting. Basic experience with server support issues. MCP certification preferred. Strong communication and self-presentation skills. Business level Japanese and some English required.
