Claire Mathiesons's Elephant in a Tutu
Advanced Higher Graphics
Claire has completed modelling and texturing the tutu for her cartoon circus elephant.
The tutu consists of three flat circular mesh planes that have been deformed using Blender's 'cloth' modifier.
The tutu looks partially transparent, and sequined.

Advanced Higher Graphics
This is the texture file that Claire prepared for her tutu.
She first created a UV map, then exported it in to Gimp to be painted on. The image opposite is a jpg, but if you click on it you'll get the transparent png file that was actually used.
In the png file, the white areas are transparent.

Well drawn with strong colours.
Patrick assures us that the giant axe would be made from foam rubber.
