04.Apr The club membership roster has been updated. Expired memberships and soon to expire (current month) memberships are highlighted for your convenience. 23.Mar SDG&E is planning another power outage on Otay. Outage will occur Tuesday, April 3rd, beginning at about 07:00 AM and lasting up to 96 hours (weather permitting).
During the power outage, you are welcome to use the Lyons Peak repeater on 146.265 (+) with the same CTCSS (PL) tone as all the other SANDRA repeaters: 107.2
Also consider the Sharp Hospital repeater on 147.885 (-) for in and around town.
This should be the last such planned power outage. SDG&E is replacing all the wooden power poles with metal poles. The purpose for this is to (hopefully) keep power to the hill during fires as the metal poles don't burn as well as the wooden polesThis page last modified: 04/04/2012
